I had a flat tire on Christmas Eve and made it to Gipson's just before they closed for the Christmas holiday. I appreciated the fact that they did not mind that I was a last minute customer and they were willing to take care of me. I also appreciated the fact that when they could not patch my tire, they did not try to up sell me or tell me I needed all new tires. They were very professional and helpful to me and I will go to Gipson's for my future tire needs.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Outstanding customer service! I called Tuesday morning about getting new tires & they were able to work me in that afternoon! I was very impressed! Good job, guys! Thanks for taking care of me!
