Not trustworthy. - Charged me for an alignment I did not ask for or give permission to do. - Charged me for a "Silver Package" I did not ask for or even know what it was. - Did not replace a windshield wiper I had asked to replace. The staff was very kind, which makes me pretty disappointed about how they added an extra $90 on my bill without my consent. I paid for their work anyway since I'm not one to cheat someone out of their work. Kind of regret it. If you go here, get a print out or estimate of work scheduled to be done and let them know not to do anything before speaking with you. I did not get a print out/estimate, and I was not able to return their call about the alignment. So they did it anyway. Update: It's been several months and I've just seen the response, google didn't alert me apparently. I appreciate the response. I did receive 1 phone call with voicemail and maybe an email (I can't remember), but did not respond as I didn't feel there was anything to discuss. I do appreciate the kind words you left in your voicemail. I just want to be clear on what happened. My problem is that I was not consulted about charges before the charges were done, like the alignment. I had no idea what the Silver Package is. I was given a price for the tires, but I was never told anything about the Silver package. I agreed to purchasing the tires, putting them on, and the wipers. Nothing extra. When told I was charged for the silver package, I was surprised. If the Silver package was anything more than simply putting the tires on, I did not want it. I was offered a refund on the Silver package at the time, but I refused it as I did not want to refund any money from work already done, thereby cheating you. I was then told about the alignment, and refused the refund as, again, I did not want to cheat you out of money for work done. After leaving I realized the wiper wasn't installed, and in hindsight I would have liked a refund for that, but I didn't expect it would be much. I don't believe I was ever given an itemized receipt aftet the charges, but I could be wrong, I honestly can't remember. Please make sure your employees are clear on the charges to your customers and provide an itemized estimate and receipt. Also, make sure your employees actually look at the work order and see what work has been approved to do so they don't A) do something extra I didn't want and B) forget to do something I did want. I've since taken my business to your several competitors and have managed to not be surprised with additional charges accompanied with half hearted attempts to contact me, with work being done completely.
Brien, After several attempts to reach you to rectify this I'm reaching out to you here. I would like to apologize for not living up to your or our expectations. The alignment should not have been done without your permission. We will gladly refund it. The Silver package was an install package for the tires. If I'm not mistaken you were given a price for the tires and agreed to it. But if you aren't happy with it. I'll refund it also. Our goal is to keep our customers happy and returning. We failed to do that with you. Please accept my apologies. And I would love for you to call me and help us improve. My cell is 657-3381.
